OUR ORIGINS
DURING LOCKDOWN OUR FOUNDER BUILT A SMALL GYM IN HIS BACK GARDEN. WHILE TRAINING HIS PARTNER AND THEIR FRIEND HE ASKED THEM WHY THEY NEVER PERFORMED WEIGHT TRAINING AT THE GYM. THEIR ANSWER SHOCKED HIM.

IN THAT MOMENT PT PODS WAS BORN. A PRIVATE SPACE WHERE PEOPLE AT ANY STAGE OF THEIR FITNESS JOURNEY CAN TRAIN AND BE TRAINED WITH CONFIDENCE. OUR FIRST TWO PODS ARE NAMED MARIA AND JESS AFTER THE LADIES WHO INSPIRED THE VISION.
